Chelsea Russian owner who goes by the name of Roman Abramovich, has opened up about the idea of buying a new club after selling Chelsea Football club according to Fanatik.

Roman Abramovich decided to put the West London club up for sale, after he was Sanctioned by the UK government.

Due to the Sanction, Roman Abramovich had most of his assets frozen and that will prevent Chelsea from buying big players once the transfer market opens.

Nonetheless, The Russian Billoniare has started negotiations to buy Turkish club Goztepe that plays in the Turkish Super Lig.
