Nigerian singer Bella Shmurda has denied involvement in the death of his former signee, Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad.
Naira Marley denied any involvement in the death, stating that he has no direct or indirect involvement. The singer has been shocked by Mohbad’s passing and the lies and threats against him.
He stated that he and Mohbad had disagreements while working together, but it never degenerated into wishing each other death.

Naira Marley has been out of the country since August 31 but plans to return following an invitation by the police. He stated that he had no reason to be a fugitive since he had no hand in the death and that the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s death would be unveiled in due time.
Bella Shmurda refuted claims that he is a drug lord and that his record label is a drug cartel. She also stated that she has never fought Mohbad or instructed anyone to bully or attack him since leaving the label in September 2022.
