BIAFRA- Former Abia State Governor, Orji Uzor Kalu has been attacked by the members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, his plan to bring Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from the United Kingdom, UK, following his visits to the Aso Villa a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari.
No doubt, In his statement, Kalu assured President Buhari that;
“I will ensure that Nnamdi Kanu stopped his agitation towards Biafra restoration and joined him for his presidential ambition comes 2023 presidential election in the country.
One of the key leaders of IPOB and the National Biafra Youths leader, Princewill Chimezie Richard, in a statement on Wednesday, said that some Igbo politicians are opportunists using the name of Biafra to seek relevance in Nigeria politics.
“What Orji Kalu is saying is rhetoric, as an Igbo man, he knows deep down his heart that Biafra is a spirit, kill any of us the struggle continues.
“Arrest and any of us, the struggle continues. Whoever that he may manage to convince to end the agitation, the struggle continues.

“Biafra project is not funded by politicians but freewill donations by Biafrans abroad.”
According to Chimezie, said,
“We’re coming up with a strategy on how to use their grassroots structures to frustrate erring politicians in their region.
“If any Igbos politicians become a hindrance toward the Restoration of Biafra, We’ll make sure such politicians will be frustrated and killed their dream for Igbo Presidency comes 2023 presidential election”, he concludes.
