Certified copies of President Bola Tinubu’s academic and professional records were provided by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Atiku Abubakar, the PDP’s nominee, and were recognized by the Presidential Election Petitions Court.
According to sources, the evidence included President Tinubu’s B.Sc. degree from Chicago State University, his NYSC Discharge degree, and a certificate of employment from Mobil Nigeria Oil Plc.
Mike Enahoro Ebah, Esq., the PDP’s summoned witness, provided information regarding these documents throughout the court hearings. He noted that although they reportedly belonged to Tinubu, they oddly had the name “Bola Adekunle Tinubu.”
The witness also provided letters addressed to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and forms EC13 and EC9, which are nomination forms, under the direction of PDP counsel Chris Uche (SAN).
However, the legal counsel for INEC, President Tinubu’s attorney, Emmanuel Ukala (SAN), and the APC, Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), all objected to the admissibility of these documents.
