Another Chelsea signing has been confirmed. Chelsea has now spent almost £400 million on 10 players during the summer transfer window of 2023.
But that didn’t stop them from closing another major deal on Friday.Chelsea and Manchester City have agreed a deal of £45 million for England under-21 international Cole Palmer.
Palmer, 21, appeared to have a bright future at Chelsea, having already scored important goals in the Community Shield and UEFA Super Cup this season, but he has already moved on.

On signing for Chelsea, Palmer said:

“I’ve joined Chelsea because the project here sounds good and because of the platform I will have to try to showcase my talents. It is a young and hungry squad and, hopefully, we can do something special here.”
