Get the latest Chelsea news today, as the Blues set to slug it out with Leeds United in one of the prestigious stadiums. Chelsea vs Leeds United live match.

Chelsea will be seeking to reclaim first place in the Premier League when they face Leeds United in the next round of fixtures. With 33 points, the Blues are in third place, while Leeds are in 15th place with 16 points.

The Blues’ last two matches haven’t gone well, with their once-impenetrable defence being breached six times. They haven’t kept a clean sheet in their last four games and haven’t been impressive since beating Juventus 4-0.

After a 3-2 loss to West Ham United, they had a 3-3 draw with Zenit. They’ll be pleased to be back home after three straight away games, and this will be the first of two straight home games. They are unbeaten in their past four home league games, but have drawn the last two and have only one clean sheet in their last five league games.

Leeds United have had a difficult run of late, with only one win in their previous five games. They drew 2-2 with Brentford in their previous match, and they will be without their key man, Patrick Bamford, in this game. Due to a tight hamstring, Bamford is expected to miss this game, adding to Leeds’ troubles after Kalvin Philips was also ruled out for the long term.

Marcelo Bielsa’s struggle to repeat last season’s success can’t get any tougher. Leeds will face a difficult task against Chelsea since they have only three wins in their last ten games, and their away form isn’t much better. Leeds have lost four of their last six games with Chelsea and are winless in that span.

SUMMARY:

Leeds United have a dismal record against Chelsea, and they haven’t been particularly impressive on the road leading up to this match.

While Chelsea have struggled in recent matches, Leeds should not be an issue for them, so I expect the Blues to bounce back. This match will be won by Chelsea.

KICKOFF TIME: Leeds United versus Chelsea match will go down on Saturday at 4PM Nigerian time.
