This will be a great development in our country Nigerian. A lot of people have been complaining that the electricity bill they pay each month is always too much and the worst part is when there will be light for only a week but the NEPA bill will be nothing to write help about.
If the Presidential Mass Metering Initiative should succeed in their plan, it will help reduce some burden on people because there will only have to pay for the electricity that they have consumed.
