Five times Premier League winners Chelsea have finally made a breakthrough in the race to sign Monaco star center back and French international, Benoit Badiashile with the 21 year old now set to ply his trade at the Stamford Bridge.
As confirmed by the reputable Athletic UK Journalist David Ornstein, the Graham Potter’s side have striked a total agreement with Monaco for Badiashile with them (Chelsea) set to pay €37million as the transfer fee, making him to become the Blues’ third January signing.

Meanwhile, the West London club are understood to have agreed on personal terms with the player who is now poised to put pen to paper a whopping five year contract at the Stamford Bridge.
The 21 year old will now replace Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christiansen who left the club in the last summer transfer window leaving the Blues with only Thiago Silva, Trevor Chalobah, Kalidou Koulibaly and Wesley Fofana as their option center backs.
