Wike is next to join APC soon, says, Senator Kalu
Gov. Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has criticized the former National Chairman of the APC, Adams Oshiomhole, taking over the campaign of PST Osagie Ize-Iyamu.

Gov. Wike said this today while appearing on Channels TV sunrise daily earlier today.

According to him, “Oshiomhole is not contesting in the election but he is going about as if he is the one contesting for the election”.

“We are not seeing Ize-Iyamu campaigning. It is only Oshiomhole Edo people are seeing on to of campaign vehicles as if he is the one contesting.

“Oshiomhole told Edo people in the morning that Ize-Iyamu was rusticated from the university, he was a cultist and having cases of corruption, the same Oshiomhole came back to tell Edo people in the evening that everything he said was not correct. What do you want Edo people to believe?”

“Edo people should not take Oshiomhole serious”.

“Gov. Obaseki is standing and fighting against godfatherism in Edo State. Oshiomhole controls almost all appointments in Edo State, including commissioners and special advisers.”

“Oshiomhole should allow the will of Edo people to stand as regards the forthcoming gubernatorial election. It should be one man, one vote.”

“When President Goodluck Jonathan was in power, Oshiomhole went to Aso Rock to thank him for allowing free and fair election. Oshiomhole and President Buhari should likewise allow free and fair election and the will of the people to prevail in the forthcoming gubernatorial election”.

It could be recalled that Gov. Wike is the chairman of the PDP and Gov. Obaseki campaign council for the Edo State gubernatorial election.
