Two Manchester City players have departed the club in a span of a month,Pep Guardiola have lost Raheem Sterling to Chelsea and Oleksandr Zinchenko to Arsenal.To strengthen his squad, Guardiola must sign their replacement,before the closure of the summer transfer window.
Multiple rumours have reported City are negotiating a deal to bring Mark Cucurella from Brighton as Zinchenko replacement. The Cityzens have never shied away from securing the best players,in a bid to boost their setup.
According to Fabrizio Romano,City and Everton have reached an agreement for the transfer of sensational striker Emilio Lawrence. The youngster completed his medicals and he is set to sign long term contract. He will join the club’s under 23 squad.
The highly rated forward attracted interest from rivals Manchester United and Chelsea. Lawrence featured for Everton’s youth set up,but never signed a scholar contract. He made 17 appearances for Everton youth last season scoring six goals and assisting three.
