According to the Southeast leaders of the Biafra Nations Youth League, BNYL, wants the Ohanaeze Ndigbo to stop begging for the Igbo presidency from the rulership of the Nigerian government.
Meanwhile, The BNYL said there is no option for restoration of Biafra, adding that it was fully prepared for war with the North in 2015 if not that former President Goodluck Jonathan decided to handover peacefully.
National Deputy Leader of BNYL and Head of Operations, Biafra Broadcasting Service, BBS Media, Ebuta Takon Akor, said this in a statement on Friday.

The BNYL said the attitude of some Igbo elites towards making the struggle Igbo affairs is uncalled for.
“We know they cannot allow anybody from the East to rule Nigeria again. We lost that chance when Jonathan stepped aside without considering the political future of the people of the East.
“We were battle-ready in 2015 when Buhari and his Northern people were threatening war. God knows we were fully prepared for the battle if not until Jonathan chickened out.”
The group called on Igbo to refrain from begging for Presidency “and learn how to take the bull by the horn.”
Chief Okwesilieze Nwodo, said before 2023, it will have become a new story different from the actualization of Biafra or Igbo presidency in Nigeria zoning unconstitutional.
