Due to a hamstring injury sustained while training on Thursday, the Chelsea midfielder was ruled out of Saturday’s game against Newcastle. Thomas Tuchel stated that he would be out for a few weeks.

The Belgian star is still recovering from an ankle injury he suffered in the game against Malmo earlier this month. Tuchel, on the other hand, hinted that the goal for him would be after the November international break. So it is likely that he would be unavailable for the Tuesday game.

The same thing goes for Timo Werner. He is expected to return back after the international break.
