Nigeria COVID-19 on Wednesday night recorded 593 new cases of deadly virus across the country.
According to the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC), Plateau State recorded the highest number of cases, with 186 cases, followed by Lagos State with 182 cases.

The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) followed with 62 cases.

As it stands, the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria is now 50, 488 with 37,304 patients discharged and 985 deaths recorded.
