The police secretly arraigned the IOPB arrested members to an Enugu-based Magistrate Court today, Monday 24th August 2020.

Meanwhile, the court has refused to grant them bail as the purported case has been adjourned to Thursday 17th September 2020. Those arraigned were:-

- Emmanuel Friday Eden
- Joseph Abayo Ojudeh.
