Labour Nationwide Strike: On his verified Twitter profile on Sunday, Kalu, a former governor of Abia state, encouraged Labour Unions to allow President Bola Tinubu’s administration time to deliver.

The Nation reports that NLC had advised citizens to stock their homes with food items and other essential things ahead of the commencement of its seven-day strike.

Organised labour is pressing ahead with the strike after its negotiation with the federal government on how to deal with the effects of the fuel subsidy removal broke down.
