Tottenham are in talks with former Bayern Munich coach Julian Nagelsmann about a possible coaching position at the club.
According to the Daily Mail, Spurs previously attempted to discuss the manager’s position with the German coach and were informed that he has a soft spot for the north London club, raising the possibility that he may consider joining.
Bayern fired Nagelsmann on Friday evening and replaced him with Thomas Tuchel, a former Chelsea manager who was on Tottenham’s list of potential successors to Conte.
Nagelsmann, who received the news while on vacation, was taken aback because Bayern is still in contention for the Bundesliga and the Champions League. The Bundesliga giants, however, are second in the table, trailing only Borussia Dortmund.
As a result, the club confirmed his dismissal with nine games remaining in the season, with CEO Oliver Kahn admitting that they were forced to act after watching;

However, Nagelsmann’s recent availability has put Tottenham executives on high alert as they continue to prepare for life without Conte.
