Without a doubt, Chelsea turned down a bid from Liverpool for defender Levi Colwill, with the Blues adamant that the 20-year-old center-back is not for sale.
Although Manchester City and Liverpool both wanted to sign Colwill this summer, the Blues turned them down.
Liverpool has made two bids for Colwill, the most recent arriving in the last few weeks, but both have been rejected.
In the first instance, it is evident that Colwill was on loan at Brighton last season, and Brighton would also like to sign the 20-year-old after he appeared in 22 games for them last season.
Colwill’s contract continues until 2025, with an option for an additional year if he makes a particular number of appearances for the club.
Good news this morning, Chelsea’s £300,000-per-week star has been discovered at Stamford Bridge
Despite the fact that Chelsea lost Kalidou Koulibaly this summer, they are fearful of losing another center defender this season.
