Man City striker, Erling Haaland, has started on a high note after moving to Manchester City this season. He was playing for Borussia Dortmund last season but was scouted by Pep Guardiola who guided Manchester City to an EPL title without a recognized striker.
In the premier league, Haaland has already scored 9 goals in five matches for the Citizens. Tonight he was included in the starting lineup to face Sevilla. He didn’t take long for him to register a goal. Kevin De Bruyne provided a crucial assist as he just tapped in from the near post.
Erling Haaland has now scored a total 24 goals in his first 20 Champions League games . He scored 23 goals at Dortmund in the first 19 matches he played.
If the rate at which the Norwegian is scoring is not going to be affected by other factors then we should expect him to break records that are being held by CR7 and Messi.
